If a bomb threat is received by phone:
Remain calm. Keep the caller on the line for as long as possible. DO NOT HANG UP, even if the caller does.

An Active Shooter is an individual actively engaged in killing or attempting to kill people in a confined and populated area. Active shooter situations are unpredictable and evolve quickly. Because of this, individuals must be prepared to deal with an active shooter situation before law enforcement personnel arrive on the scene.
